This demo is intended to give users an idea of how Ethbet could work from a user's point of view, and is intended to
exhibit the peer-to-peer nature of the platform: You cannot bet against a house that will accept a bet instantly, but
instead must agree on an amount and edge with a different player.
This demo does not function on top of Ethereum, and thus is referred to as a demo instead of an alpha or beta.
If this demo were a fully-functioning beta, there would be some differences. Executing a bet would require
interaction with the Ethereum blockchain, for example, either by using a wallet or a browser/wallet combo such as Mist.
How to play this demo
On the left is the list of available bets. These are offers from other players. A bet contains the amount
that the player is willing to bet as well as the edge that the players desires.
You can accept someone's bet by clicking the 'Call' button on that bet. You can also submit your own
bet offer using the 'Offer a bet' form by specifying your desired amount and edge.
How the edge works
If you see a bet with a 1% edge, that means that the other player is 1% more likely to win that bet than you are.
If you see a bet with a -1% edge, it means the edge is in your favor: You are 1% more likely to win than they are.
When placing a bet, use a positive edge to give yourself the house edge, and a negative edge to offer it to someone else
